God, Man, And A Foolish DecisionErwin W. Lutzer | August 12, 2001
Selected highlights from this sermon
Jephthah had a heart for God. Even with a troubled past, he developed leadership and diplomacy, and submitted to the Spirit. By God’s choice, he led the Israelites to freedom from their enemies, but his life was disturbed by one vow—and the subsequent sacrifice of his daughter.
Regardless of what’s happened in our past, we can be God-honoring servants like Jephthah.
